Talent Acquisition Intern, Sales Hiring

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Plan the hiring process & set hiring goals (e.g., quarterly and annual).
• Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill.
• Manage all communication with candidates.
• Source candidates from various on job boards, professional networks & through referrals.
• Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process.
• Oversee internal and external communication.
• Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
• Recruiters are directly responsible for the full spectrum of the hiring plan from shortlisting to closing successful hires.
• Craft the company’s talent acquisition strategy and organize all communications with candidates.
• Maintain & improve our employer brand, ensuring that we attract, hire and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven HR Recruiting Knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of HR Hiring & Talent Management.
• Proficient with Excel and handling internal recruitment software.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor or Master Degree.
