Executive - Air and Sea Import Pricing
Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400072
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Air & Ocean Import freight pricing, including FCL and LCL shipments.
- Float pricing enquiries to overseas agents and local vendors, compare quotations, negotiate rates and submit competitive offers within the required turnaround time.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, local NVOCCs and vendors for rate procurement, comparison and negotiation.
- Freight costing, profitability analysis and follow-up on pending quotations.
- Handling pricing enquiries for DG, ODC, AOG and project cargo shipments.
- Preparation of daily pricing reports and Daily Status Reports (DSR).
- Ensuring timely follow-ups, effective rate negotiations, accurate quotation submission and maintaining updated pricing records.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate
Requirements & Tech Stack
- 0–3+ years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in Import Pricing. (Freshers are also welcome).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude and work ethics.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
