Role Description

• Full-time, on-site Co-founder role in Delhi, India.
• Work closely with other founding members to define business strategy, validate market opportunities, and drive execution across product, sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and customer research.
• Develop and refine the value proposition.
• Build and maintain key relationships.
• Oversee core business operations.
• Lead fundraising efforts.
• Manage budgets.
• Set performance goals.
• Foster a strong team culture.
• Take ownership, make informed decisions under uncertainty.
• Actively represent the company to partners, customers, and investors.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and research to guide business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Hands-on marketing experience, including developing go-to-market plans and executing growth initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with prior startup or business-building experience preferred.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and take initiative with minimal supervision.
• Leadership capabilities, including team-building, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
