About the Role
The Junior Web Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves developing, testing, and maintaining web applications in collaboration with senior developers and designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing front-end interfaces.
- Assisting with back-end logic.
- Debugging issues.
- Ensuring responsive, accessible user experiences.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Following established coding standards.
- Helping integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Documenting work.
- Supporting deployment activities.
- Continuously learning new tools and frameworks aligned with project needs.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Front-End Development and Web Design.
- Skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming.
- General Web Development skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) is beneficial.
- Experience with server-side languages or frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, or PHP) and databases (SQL or NoSQL) is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn from feedback and mentorship.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
