About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including:
- Candidate sourcing
- Resume screening
- Candidate calling
- Shortlisting
- Maintaining candidate records
- Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and offer letter communication.
- Manage document collection and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Support hiring reports and data tracking.
- Assist in preparing:
- JDs
- Screening scripts
- LinkedIn hiring posts
- Candidate communication templates
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day talent acquisition and HR operations activities.
- Support induction and other HR coordination tasks.
