Human Resource Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support the HR team in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback loops with candidates.
