About the Role

Saatvik Agro, the agro-ingredient unit of the Saatvik Group, is seeking an Associate (Java) Backend Developer for a full-time, on-site role in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment may also apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Java development, backend development, software engineering, application development, API development, enterprise software, or related technology roles are welcome.
• Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, multithreading, concurrency, and clean coding practices.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and system integration.
• Understanding of database design, joins, normalization, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, debugging, and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic understanding of Linux, application deployment, configuration management, environment variables, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, API security, encryption, and authentication concepts will be beneficial.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and contribute to practical, reliable, maintainable, scalable, and secure Java backend solutions.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Strong willingness to learn new Java technologies, backend frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
