FOURTH DIMENSION CONSULTANTS
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and update financial transactions.
- Handle purchase and sales entries, payment receipts, and expense records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and supporting accounting documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related matters.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Qualifications & Tech Stack
- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS compliance is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
