Jr. International Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation:
• Research and identify potential customers from industries such as: Data Centres, Telecom, UPS & Power Backup, Solar & Renewable Energy, Electric Vehicle Companies & Battery Companies, Infrastructure & Construction, Export Market Distributors and Importers.
• Build and maintain lead databases using LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other AI-based sources.
• Collect and verify contact details of decision-makers.
• Customer Outreach:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce the company's products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Meeting Coordination:
• Schedule meetings between prospective customers and the sales/business development team.
• Maintain a calendar of appointments and follow-ups.
• Send meeting confirmations and reminders.
• CRM & Reporting:
• Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Prepare weekly reports on:
• Leads generated
• Calls made
• Meetings scheduled
• Follow-up activities
• Social Media Management:
• Manage social media posts and social media pages independently.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Confidence in speaking with customers over phone.
• Good internet research skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience using AI Websites like ChatGPT, Appollo.io, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
