Growth Associate (Pshychology)

About the Role

Blue Ocean Education is a selective, founder-led education consulting practice seeking a Growth Associate (Psychology). This role is onsite in New Delhi and involves being the first warm, credible voice for prospective families.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for prospective families via calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Run structured diagnostic calls with students and parents to understand aspirations, interests, strengths, and concerns.
• Assess student profiles and document them clearly for counsellors.
• Manage discrepancies between student desires and parental expectations with tact.
• Own and maintain the CRM, ensuring all leads are tracked and up-to-date.
• Qualify enquiries, conduct follow-ups, and report on the effectiveness of engagement strategies.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• CRM (experience with one is preferred, or the ability to learn quickly)

Qualifications

• A degree in Psychology (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Counselling, applied, or developmental psychology is a plus.
• Demonstrated skill in listening and questioning to understand individuals deeply.
• Ability to remain calm and warm with anxious parents and teenagers.
• Exceptional English, both spoken and written.
• Confidence and warmth, with ease in interacting with discerning individuals.
• A sharp, organized mind with clear writing skills and a liking for systems.
• Up to 3 years of experience in counselling, client-facing, or sales roles.
• Exceptional freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome.

Compensation & Details

• Compensation: ₹5 – ₹7 LPA
• Location: Near Connaught Place, New Delhi (onsite only)
• Schedule: 6 days a week
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
