About the Role

Venture Quest Technologies India pvt Ltd is hiring a Travel Associate to support hospitality and travel operations in Delhi. This role offers an opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience to build practical expertise in customer service, travel coordination, and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel-related queries, bookings, itineraries, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, transport partners, and other service providers to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate booking records, follow up on pending requests, and resolve routine customer concerns promptly.
• Deliver courteous, responsive support while meeting service quality and operational standards.
• Stay informed about travel products, hospitality services, policies, and available customer options.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Full-time position based in Delhi.
• Compensation: ₹33,000 per month CTC.

Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience may apply.
• Strong communication, listening, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
• Interest in the hospitality and travel industry with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a team.
