About the Role
VisualURL builds customizable ERP and inventory management software for businesses across India. Our back-end training and support team helps clients get comfortable with new tools and use them well. You’ll keep client projects moving day to day, understanding who is doing what, what’s due, and what’s stuck.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams and client contacts to keep tasks clear and on track.
- Document processes so they are easily followable.
- Track progress and flag problems early.
- Analyze process data, identify gaps, and assist in resolving them.
- Send regular status updates.
- Support training and handovers to ensure service consistency.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Clear, friendly communicator, both in conversation and writing.
- Proficient in planning tasks and managing timelines.
- Organized, detail-minded, and capable of juggling multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working on-site with teammates and clients.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory systems is helpful, but not required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, IT or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Job Details:
- Full-time, hybrid
- Starts as an internship for the first few months.
- Followed by a 3-4 month probation period.
- Location: Dilshad Garden, Delhi.
- Timings: 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Compensation: 18K-20K.
