Power BI Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage end-to-end business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Transform complex business requirements into insightful executive-level dashboards and reports with minimal supervision.
- Develop Executive Dashboards.
- Develop KPI Attainment Reports.
- Develop Trend Analysis Reports.
- Develop Forecasting Dashboards.
- Develop Business Performance Scorecards.
- Develop Operational Reporting Solutions.
- Derive actionable business insights.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Power BI Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI development.
- Advanced knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating measures, KPIs, calculated columns, and complex business logic.
- Proficiency in Power Query for data transformation, cleansing, and preparation.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, star schema design, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in data visualization principles and dashboard design best practices.
- Data Integration & Automation
- Strong experience in integrating multiple data sources into Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with API-based data integration and automation.
- Ability to connect Power BI directly with enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
- Experience in building automated data pipelines and eliminating manual data upload processes.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Reporting and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL reporting practices and IT service management metrics.
- Exposure to enterprise reporting environments and large-scale data ecosystems.
- Experience working with leadership stakeholders and senior management reporting requirements.
