About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Operations Intern to help manage and optimise our online education marketplace. You'll play an important role in maintaining course information, improving programme visibility, identifying high-demand courses, and ensuring an excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Course Catalogue Management: Add, update, verify, and maintain online degree, certification, and upskilling programmes.
- Course Information Updates: Regularly update course fees, application deadlines, eligibility, scholarships, duration, curriculum, and admission details.
- Course Ranking & Prioritisation: Manage course rankings and display priorities based on learner demand, popularity, programme quality, and business objectives.
- Homepage & Category Optimisation: Maintain featured courses, trending programmes, and category-wise recommendations.
- Market Research: Identify high-demand courses, emerging education trends, competitor offerings, and newly launched university programmes.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records using Excel/Google Sheets and prepare operational reports.
- Website Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve incorrect information, outdated listings, duplicate courses, broken links, and other catalogue issues.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with product, technology, marketing, and sales teams to improve marketplace operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, MBA, or a related degree.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and research skills.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership in a remote environment.
- Interest in startups, EdTech, marketplace operations, and business analytics.

Additional Information
- Stipend: ₹16,000/month
- Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)
- Duration: 3-6 Months
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday
