- Process claims in the US Healthcare domain, following established processes and guidelines for claim initiation and adjudication.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various tools and systems to process claims.
- Perform data entry, verification, and validation of claim information.
- Ensure accurate and timely claim processing, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation and records for each processed claim.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including providers, payers, and other stakeholders, to resolve claims-related queries or issues.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills regarding changes in policies, regulations, and best practices in the US Healthcare domain.
