Finance Intern

About the Role

Rebrth Beauty is a modern skincare company focused on clarity, honesty, and science-backed solutions that genuinely support skin health. The brand develops high-performance formulas using clinically tested ingredients, tailored for everyday routines and real-life needs. The Finance Intern will support day-to-day financial operations, including assisting with bookkeeping tasks, preparing and updating financial records, and helping review basic financial statements. This part-time role is hybrid, with primary work based in Gurugram and flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role offers exposure to the financial aspects of a growing skincare company, including learning how finance supports decision-making, pricing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare and update financial records.
• Help review basic financial statements.
• Assist with expense tracking.
• Data entry.
• Reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of internal financial reports.
• Collaborate with the finance and accounting team.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Help maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal review.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
• Foundational knowledge of Finance and familiarity with Financial Statements to assist with reporting and analysis.
• Basic Accounting skills to support bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accurate record-keeping.
• Clear Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings in an understandable way.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
