AI Content Creator (Micro-Dramas)

About the Role

The AI Content Creator will turn scripts from our AI story engine into finished micro-drama episodes by writing and refining prompts for AI image and video tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Breaking each one- to two-minute episode into scenes and shots.
• Writing detailed prompts for characters, locations, camera angles, lighting, mood, and action.
• Keeping characters and settings looking the same across shots and episodes.
• Generating, reviewing, and re-prompting until each scene matches the creative vision.
• Tracking which visual styles and prompt techniques perform best with viewers.
• Building a shared prompt library for the team.
• Adapting visuals for different regions and audiences while keeping each story’s look and feel intact.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• AI image and video tools (training will be provided)
• Written English

Qualifications

• Strong visual imagination: ability to picture a scene and describe it in vivid detail.
• Comfort with, or eagerness to learn, AI image and video tools.
• A good eye for detail, especially keeping characters, costumes, and locations consistent from shot to shot.
• Understanding of what makes short-form video gripping (hooks, pacing, cliffhangers).
• Excellent written English; clear, precise language for good prompting.
• A patient, iterative mindset: comfortable to test, tweak, and re-prompt until the output is right.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with producers, editors, and AI specialists in a fast-paced studio.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to feedback and new tools.
• A plus: background in film, animation, photography, design, media, or creative writing; a portfolio of AI-generated images or video.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida/Derhadun.
