Codevern helps businesses achieve sustainable growth through strategic training, innovative hiring solutions, and autonomous sales systems. This is a remote Head Hunter (Unpaid Internship) role focused on supporting talent acquisition efforts for Codevern and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential candidates through online platforms, networking channels, and talent databases.
• Screen profiles.
• Conduct initial outreach.
• Coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in tracking systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Assist in job posting creation.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong research and candidate sourcing skills, including familiarity with online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct professional outreach, follow-ups, and clear written correspondence.
• Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines and track ongoing recruitment activities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition concepts, such as role requirements, screening criteria, and interview coordination.
