About the Role
As an activity facilitator intern at Marpu Foundation, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and impactful experiences for our participants. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute engaging activities and events that align with the foundation's mission and values.
- Communicate effectively with participants, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of activities.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding and motivating team members throughout the planning and execution process.
- Manage resources and logistics efficiently to ensure the success of each activity or event.
- Utilize your presentation skills to deliver engaging and informative presentations to diverse audiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and events through feedback collection and analysis for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to enhance the overall impact of the foundation's programs.
