AU MVEDA is a performance and wellness brand that helps people transform their lives by working with the nervous system, mind and patterns. Our approach brings together breathwork, hypnosis, CBT, sound healing, meditation, Neuro Astrology, Vastu and ice bath therapy. We run 1:1 coaching, group programmes, retreats and corporate wellness partnerships.

The Role

This is not a typical internship. You will work directly with the Founder, Sejal Jain, as her right hand. You'll be in the room for sessions, meetings and events. You'll see how a wellness brand is built from the inside, and you'll take real responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Founder Support: Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule sessions and meetings, send reminders and follow-ups, and keep her days running smoothly.
• Sessions & Events: Accompany the Founder to client sessions, workshops, retreats, and corporate programmes. Assist with setup, coordination, and client experience.
• Networking & Partnerships: Attend meetings and events, meet new people, and identify new opportunities: collaborations, venues, corporate tie-ups, and community partners.
• Research: Conduct research on markets, competitors, potential clients, venues, trends, and content ideas. Summarize findings clearly and usefully.
• Content & Marketing: Create and schedule posts for Instagram and YouTube. Plan reels, captions, and short videos, and track performance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with social media, design, and operations team members to brainstorm and deliver campaigns, launches, and events.
• Special Projects: Lead new initiatives from idea to execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Location: Lives in or near Shalimar Bagh / North-West Delhi for easy commuting.
• Skills:
• Strong research skills.
• Working knowledge of marketing and social media, especially Instagram and YouTube (Reels, captions, trends, basic analytics).
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Confident and comfortable networking and representing the brand.
• Highly ambitious with a hunger to learn and grow.
• Clear communication in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
• Reliable, proactive, and discreet.
• Comfortable with flexible hours and travel for sessions and events.
• Tools: Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, or a calendar tool is a plus.
• Software: Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Interest in wellness, psychology, mindfulness, or personal growth is desirable.
