About the Role

Our paid 12-month Development Program is for individuals with the attitude, curiosity, and discipline to grow into capable consultants. You will receive training, coaching, and supervised work on real client projects. Prior consulting or professional experience is not required.

Program Details

• Houston participants must live locally and be available for in-person learning and project work.
• Remote participants must be available for an agreed overlap with US business hours.
• This is a fixed-term program, and a permanent role is not guaranteed. Strong performers may be offered a full-time role at Digineox after 12 months, following a review of performance, learning progress, delivery quality, and business needs.

What You Will Do

• Learn to analyze business problems, ask useful questions, and develop practical solutions.
• Support client and internal projects through research, data analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
• Help capture requirements, test solutions, and prepare presentations and training materials.
• Build project management skills by tracking tasks, actions, and deadlines, and reporting progress.
• Learn how digital tools and AI can improve business processes and use them responsibly.

• Houston: competitive hourly pay.
• International pay is set at or above local market and based on skills, experience, and assessment results.
