Trust & Safety New Associate

About the Role

• Accenture's Trust & Safety team helps improve the quality and safety of online content and contributes to accelerating, scaling, and improving businesses for leading platform companies.
• This role offers hands-on experience in the Trust and Safety domain, focusing on Content Moderation and Responsible AI.
• You will be responsible for analyzing user-generated content and investigating reported issues.
• Note: Due to the nature of the role, exposure to objectionable or disturbing content is possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels.
• Understand and stay updated on evolving client policies, guidelines, and industry trends related to content moderation and responsible AI.
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to analyze large language models on topics including medical advice, legal advice, and other sensitive areas.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness, inappropriateness, refusal to answer, or disclaimers based on client definitions.
• Collaborate with team members to gain a comprehensive understanding of responsible AI issues based on model responses.
• Contribute to developing best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.

• Experience with various content types: user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content.
• Proficiency in using specific tools and channels for content review.
• Familiarity with large language models.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and English skills.
• Ability to perform duties objectively, free from inherent biases or personal beliefs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple sources.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Deep familiarity and passion for responsible AI, the internet, internet platforms, and internet culture.
• High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations relevant to the supported market and region.
• Active participation in Accenture's well-being support program for the Trust & Safety community is required.
