About the Role
- Provide support on the Windows platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, Configuration, and Administration of Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10.
- Troubleshoot problems with all model desktop and laptop hardware and OS.
- Configure drivers and devices.
- Configure new user PCs and profiles.
- Configure IP address and LAN.
- Troubleshooting, installing, and configuring mail clients like MS Outlook and troubleshooting mail problems.
- Solve internet-related problems; configure basic TCP/IP settings.
- Create, delete, and modify user accounts and assign permissions.
- Remote management through Team Viewer, VNC, and Remote Desktop to solve Windows and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain network printers.
- Install and upgrade hardware and software components.
- Provide support for all internal office software.
- Provide technical support to remote users.
