About the Role

Arista is a hospitality-led luxury mobility startup based in Bangalore. The role involves working directly with the founder to build the next phase of Arista across marketing, growth, brand, collaborations, and partnerships. This is a hands-on role focused on discovering opportunities, building brand awareness, initiating conversations, and driving them to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying brands, creators, communities, and businesses for collaboration.
• Managing collaborations from idea generation through to execution.
• Researching and developing new business and distribution partnerships.
• Identifying key contacts within companies and devising thoughtful outreach strategies.
• Ensuring conversations have a clear outcome.
• Assisting with market expansion, channel development, and customer segment growth.
• Developing ideas and campaigns for brand discovery and recall.
• Coordinating with external partners such as photographers, designers, and creators.
• Proactively identifying opportunities.

Formal qualifications in design, filmmaking, or performance marketing are not required.

• Compensation: 3 to 4.2 LPA + Performance bonus
