About the Role
- Join Hopebridge in Yukon, OK, as a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.

- Pay: $16.80 - $19.50 / hour (based on experience and RBT certification completion; training paid at a lower rate).
Key Responsibilities
- Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
- Provide therapy by learning directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
- Review behavior plans and instructional materials for consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
- Work with children to champion continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
- Celebrate victories, help kids and families celebrate milestones.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Paid RBT Certification – No experience necessary, on-the-job training provided.
- Flat-Rate Pay (hourly rate, not differing rates for billable/non-billable hours).
- Access up to 50% of paycheck before payday through Rain app.
