Job Title: Junior Ad Copywriter & Scriptwriter
About the Role
- Full-time, permanent, in-office role in Chennai.
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month (₹2.4 lakh per year).
- Focus on writing persuasive short video ads, particularly for VideoMule.ai and selfieads.com.
Key Responsibilities
- Research products, audiences, and customer problems.
- Write short video ad scripts, hook variations, and social ad copy for software products.
- Create AI-based ad videos using your own scripts.
- Set up and run ads on Meta, including Instagram.
- Improve scripts based on feedback and campaign results.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Main strength: Ad copywriting with strong hooks, clear product benefits, natural spoken English, and compelling calls to action.
- Familiarity with AI ad-video generation and running Meta and Instagram ads is a bonus.
- Willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Freshers or early-career writers with 0-2 years of experience are welcome.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive ad scripts in English.
- Comfortable with the stated salary and full-time work from the Chennai office.
- Ability to research products, adapt to feedback, and create original angles.
- Evidence of writing skill accepted from college projects, personal projects, internships, freelance work, and sample ad scripts.
- A specific degree is not required.
