Client Relationship Management (CRM) Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented CRM intern to manage client interactions, ensure seamless coordination, and deliver an excellent post-sales experience. This role involves acting as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of shoots as well as timely delivery of post-production work.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-shoot coordination:

• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Collect essential shoot details at least 3-4 days in advance, along with a pre-shoot consultation call.

• Respond to all client queries.

• Ensure a smooth and professional client experience at every stage.

• Post-production coordination:

• Coordinate with photo editors to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Follow up with clients and assign editing tasks to editors, and track progress across multiple projects.

• Manage timelines to ensure timely delivery of final outputs.

• Perform quality checks before final delivery to maintain brand standards.

• Address client concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with senior management to provide appropriate resolutions.

• Ensure proper data organization, file management, and backups.

• Ensure issues are resolved while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
