Associate Sales Representative

About the Role

The Associate Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Raipur Area focused on identifying potential customers and presenting RO and water softener solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers.
• Follow up on leads.
• Present appropriate RO and water softener solutions based on client requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations.
• Prepare basic quotations.
• Assist with negotiations.
• Coordinate with the technical team.
• Visit client locations.
• Maintain sales records.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Support senior sales staff with proposals and after-sales follow-ups.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Gather feedback from the market.
• Contribute to sales targets and overall business growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales and customer relationship skills (prospecting, lead follow-up, basic negotiation).
• Communication skills (clear verbal and written communication, active listening, professional presentation).
• Organizational and administrative skills (maintaining records, managing schedules, preparing simple reports).
• Basic technical understanding of RO systems, water softeners, or willingness to learn about water treatment products.
• Ability to work on-site and travel locally within the Greater Raipur Area.
• Engage with customers face-to-face.
• Proactive and goal-oriented approach for field sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or water treatment solutions is an advantage but not mandatory.
