Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to establish relationships for business building.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Prioritize putting customers first.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales & Customer Service: Experience in commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership: Experience in military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelors degree.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, restaurant/service, hospitality)
• Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, community/social/academic organizations)
