Scientific Researcher

About the Role

The Scientific Researcher will conduct and support basic, translational, and clinical research projects within the medical and healthcare domains. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and executing experiments.
• Collecting and analyzing data using appropriate statistical and analytical methods.
• Documenting findings in research reports and publications.
• Collaborating with clinicians and other researchers.
• Preparing project proposals.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Adhering to ethical and regulatory guidelines.
• Contributing to literature reviews.
• Contributing to grant applications.
• Contributing to presentations at internal and external forums.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in scientific writing, including preparation of manuscripts, research reports, and presentations.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive literature reviews, critically appraise scientific evidence, and synthesize findings.
• Experience working with clinical or translational research teams, including familiarity with ethical and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with research software and tools (e.g., statistical packages, reference managers) is an advantage.
• Prior involvement in epidemiological or health outcomes research will be considered beneficial.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field such as Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health, or related disciplines.
• Strong foundation in medical or life sciences research methods, including study design, data collection, and statistical analysis.
