About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to take ownership of our Rewards Ledger—the core database and system of record that powers the entire Rewards customer experience. This system handles real-time rewards balances, earn records, and redemptions for every transaction across our ecosystem. In this role, you will define the roadmap for our ledger and take projects from initial discovery through technical delivery. You’ll tackle undefined, ambiguous problems and translate business needs into concrete, production-ready product specs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define Strategy & Roadmap: Build and execute the roadmap for the rewards ledger and database, ensuring high availability and room for future feature expansion.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, technical requirements, sprint execution, launch, and post-release evaluation.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with engineering, technical architects, and adjacent product teams (premium, loyalty, cardholder experience) to map dependencies and integrations.
  • Core Systems & Data Integrity: Manage requirements focused on real-time transaction processing, system scalability, auditability, and data accuracy across millions of daily interactions.
  • Solve Unstructured Problems: Take broad, ill-defined technical challenges and break them down into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication & Autonomy: Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions with incomplete information, and moving projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, transactional databases, or ledger systems. You can hold your own in technical discussions with senior engineers.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to define whitespace, break down into deliverables, and ship complex technical products using Agile methodologies.
