Artificial Intelligence Intern

About the Role

The Artificial Intelligence Intern will support the design, development, and testing of AI and machine learning models for internal projects and client-focused solutions. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kanpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and preprocess data.
• Explore datasets.
• Implement algorithms.
• Assist with model evaluation and performance tuning.
• Document workflows.
• Prepare basic reports or presentations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to integrate models into applications or prototypes.
• Research new AI techniques.
• Experiment with proof-of-concept implementations.
• Maintain organized code repositories.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and evaluating model performance.
• Exposure to Data Science concepts such as data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and basic visualization.
• Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model training, and validation.
• Hands-on Programming experience in languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, R, or similar), and familiarity with relevant libraries or frameworks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and collaborate in a team setting.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and methodologies in AI and data science.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic software development workflows is an advantage.
• Interest in applying AI to industrial or business use cases and contributing to practical, deployable solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
