About the Role
GDF Internationals is a service-based organization specializing in sales support, customer communication, and operational assistance for international clients. This full-time, on-site Sales Associate role is based in Kanpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Update CRM or internal systems.
- Prepare basic reports on sales activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English for international client interaction.
