About the Role
The Learning Operations team in the US India office provides end-to-end learning administrative and backend operations support for Deloitte Member Firms globally. This role offers exposure to various industries and business models, supporting career growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting US Talent Development Learning Operations for offshore clients, including training planning and delivery activities.
- Managing administrative tasks, systems activities, and data entry requirements.
- Communicating with stakeholders and team leads regarding task status, requirements, and deliverables.
- Performing quality checks and submitting work with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Demonstrating ownership, accountability, and prioritization while contributing to team and firm initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Microsoft Excel (including sorting, filtering, and removing duplicates)
- Business email proficiency and application of email etiquette.
Qualifications
- Graduate, MBA, or Post-Graduate degree.
- 1-5 years of experience in a learning operations or backend operations environment.
- Experience supporting administrative tasks, systems activities, and data entry.
- Preferred: Experience creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
- Preferred: Experience using virtual platforms, including Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, and Microsoft Teams.
- Preferred: Experience handling cases or tickets.
- Preferred: Experience interacting with internal clients to understand and address requirements.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
