About the Role

Oxford East International School is seeking a full-time, on-site Elementary School Teacher in the Pune Division. This role is dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences for elementary-level students, focusing on academic achievement, character development, and social-emotional growth within a supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create engaging classroom activities.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues.
• Communicate regularly with families.
• Manage classroom behavior.
• Support students’ academic and personal development.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Curriculum Development and Elementary Education skills.
• Teaching and Education experience.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching certification or licensure, as required by local regulations.
• Experience working with young learners in a classroom or school setting.
• Ability to use basic educational technology and digital resources.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, student-centered, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
