About the Role
Alignerr is seeking AI Chatbot Testers for a fully remote, flexible contract role. This position offers an opportunity to improve AI tools by chatting, probing, and evaluating responses. No technical background is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage AI chatbots in conversations across a wide range of topics.
- Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, safety, and tone.
- Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or potential bias.
- Push AI limits with creative, nuanced, and challenging prompts.
- Submit structured, detailed feedback using provided evaluation tools.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Qualifications
- Naturally curious and enjoy exploring ideas.
- Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate reasoning clearly.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable navigating chat-based interfaces.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in evaluations.
- No prior AI, tech, or QA experience required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with writing, editing, journalism, or content evaluation.
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user.
- Background in research, critical analysis, or quality assurance.
