About the Role
As an Assistant for Photovoltaic Installation Materials, you will support the planning, organization, and provision of necessary components for solar systems. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Thane.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inventory levels.
- Controlling material quality.
- Preparing material lists for installation projects.
- Coordinating with procurement, logistics, and installation teams.
- Assisting with the documentation of deliveries.
- Supporting simple technical inquiries regarding components.
- Contributing to the optimization of material flows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational technical understanding of PV components and installation materials.
- Experience with inventory management, material planning, or logistics.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Experience with structured documentation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to learn new systems.
Qualifications
- Expertise in photovoltaics or renewable energies.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Meticulous work approach.
- Ability to reliably coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills.
- Team orientation for collaboration with installation teams, procurement, and project management.
- Completed school or vocational training, preferably in a technical or commercial field.
