About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, smart working, and target-oriented Counsellor who is keen to contribute to students' career journeys by understanding and helping them choose the right career training program.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide candidates from diverse educational backgrounds and help them identify suitable career-oriented courses (Candidate Counselling).
- Explain course details, benefits, duration, fees, and career opportunities in a simple and effective manner (Course Explanation).
- Regularly connect with interested candidates and maintain timely follow-ups (Lead Follow-Up).
- Convert qualified and interested leads into successful admissions (Admission Conversion).
- Maintain accurate candidate details, follow-ups, and lead status (Lead Management).
- Work towards assigned targets and coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth admission experience (Target & Team Coordination).
Working Details
- Days: 6 days
- Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Location: Aundh, Pune (Work from office)
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales/counselling.
