About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates with strong academic records to join our team as US Healthcare Claims Analysts. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the US Healthcare domain by gaining exposure to claims processing, healthcare operations, and insurance processes while working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process US healthcare insurance claims accurately and within defined timelines.
• Verify patient eligibility, benefits, coverage, and claim-related information.
• Analyze claim details and identify discrepancies for resolution.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, quality, and productivity as per client requirements.
• Update and maintain claim records in the system.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, client guidelines, and internal policies.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to claims processing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless claim resolution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., BA, BCA, etc.).
• Consistently good academic record throughout education.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Willingness to work in US/Night shifts.

• Knowledge of US Healthcare, Medical Insurance, or Claims Processing will be an added advantage.
