About the Role

Guidehouse India is seeking a Junior Officer HR - Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using databases, job portals, social media, and internal referral campaigns.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Offer management and pre-onboarding connects.
• Bulk hiring.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Graduate degree required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment would be an added advantage.

Travel

• Up to 25% travel required.
