About the Role
This is an 18 to 24-month leadership development program that begins with the Market Operations Customer Advocate role and leads to an operations leadership position in a last-mile delivery location, car Vending Machine, or new car showroom. The program involves applying learned skills through mentorship and coursework every six months to become certified in different operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Put AI and products to work, learning systems that move a car from click to customer.
- Learn how a fulfillment operation moves cars, haulers, and people, and build skills to lead one.
- Drive the signature car hauler to deliver a curated customer experience.
- Learn the operation from the detail bay to the driveway through hands-on experience.
- Learn and work at car Vending Machines.
- Develop leadership skills and credentials to unlock career opportunities in fast-growth operations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree earned in the last three years.
- Drawn to customer-obsessed operations that are tech-forward, fast-growing, and complex.
- Curious about how a real company runs end-to-end.
- Desire a program built to launch into operations leadership.
- Value building a strong foundation of knowledge through hands-on experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Must obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
General Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing and loading/unloading vehicles in various weather conditions.
- Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Requires high and low levels of movement, including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
- Requires grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling items of up to 50lbs.
- Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
