About the Role

The Graduate Student role at Skillerio Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role is designed to help emerging professionals build strong technical and professional skills in a real-world test automation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support test automation projects by assisting in designing test cases.
• Execute test scripts.
• Analyze test results under the guidance of senior team members.
• Document testing activities.
• Prepare reports.
• Participate in team meetings.
• Learn company tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Conduct research on testing methodologies.
• Contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation, with a willingness to learn relevant tools and frameworks.
• Ability to conduct basic research, analyze data, and document findings in a clear and structured manner.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in team settings and interact professionally with colleagues.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or final-year enrollment in such a program).
• Foundational knowledge of software development concepts.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages is an advantage.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

• A proactive attitude toward learning and improvement.
• Comfort working on-site in the Pune Division.
