Research And Development Associate

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior R&D Associate to support research, experimental activities, product development, and laboratory investigations within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industries. The candidate will assist senior researchers with experiments, sample preparation, data collection, technical documentation, and preliminary analysis to support the development and improvement of products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with laboratory experiments and research activities under supervision.
• Prepare samples, reagents, solutions, and laboratory materials.
• Support formulation development, analytical studies, or biological experiments, depending on the project.
• Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks, experiment records, and research reports.
• Assist with literature reviews and technical research.
• Support method development, method optimization, and experimental troubleshooting.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures, research protocols, and applicable quality standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and scientific principles.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Good technical writing and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with laboratory instruments and data analysis tools is preferred.
