Customer Experience – Customer Support
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Role Responsibilities
- Assist customers with queries related to memberships, bookings, payments, and app usage.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Escalate complex issues when required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent in English with strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Good customer support knowledge and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally via calls, chat & email.
- Good problem-solving skills, empathy, and patience.
- Basic understanding of CRM/customer support tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in Customer Support/Customer Experience is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days | Rotational Week Off
Salary: Freshers: ₹25,000 in-hand per month; Experienced Candidates: 20% hike on previous salary; Maximum salary: Up to ₹33,000 in-hand per month
