About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Gurugram. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to promote Pasco Automobiles’ products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts.
• Create and optimize web content.
• Monitor online brand presence.
• Coordinate digital promotions with sales and service teams.
• Analyze performance data using web analytics tools.
• Prepare reports and recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and creative teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Marketing skills focused on campaign planning, brand positioning, and customer acquisition.
• Communication skills for clear messaging, stakeholder coordination, and content briefing.
• Social Media Marketing expertise in managing platforms, creating content calendars, and driving engagement.
• Web Content Writing abilities to produce clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned digital content.
• Web Analytics skills to track, interpret, and report on digital performance metrics.
• Familiarity with digital advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and SEO best practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of automotive or retail sectors is an advantage.
