About the Role

• Join VRT Management Group, an entrepreneurial consulting company, as an AI and ML Intern.
• Gain hands-on experience in a 3-month, on-site internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Understanding and Improvement:
• Understand daily activities, business processes, and challenges within VRT departments.
• Identify and suggest improvements or automation for repetitive, time-consuming, or inefficient tasks.
• AI Research and Tool Evaluation:
• Research new AI tools, automation platforms, and technologies.
• Test and compare tools based on usefulness, accuracy, cost, ease of use, and business needs.
• AI and Workflow Automation Development:
• Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows and automations.
• Automate routine activities such as data entry, reporting, research, follow-ups, and information sharing.
• Automation Testing and Continuous Improvement:
• Test automated processes for correctness, accuracy, and business requirement fulfillment.
• Documentation, Reporting and Team Support:
• Document AI tools, automation workflows, implementation steps, and results.
• Share automation ideas and progress updates, measure improvements, and assist employees in using new AI solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Recent graduate in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, explore, and experiment with new tools.
• Ability to assess and select suitable tools.
• Strong communication skills to explain tool usefulness and application.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of AI applications is a plus.
