This role is a strong entry point into tech sales, focusing on learning and refining fundamentals of prospecting, discovery, and pipeline generation within an enterprise software environment. The position is fully remote, with a requirement for a remote environment conducive to consistent weekly motions and travel 4-6 times per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline by running outbound prospecting across email, phone, event outreach and attendance, and LinkedIn into target accounts.
- Qualify inbound interest through ADR-led scheduled calls and convert into booked meetings for Account Executives.
- Research accounts, personas, and signals to tailor and leverage AI for high touch low impact motions.
- Partner with Account Executives to understand what constitutes a quality meeting, contact, and account, and adjust your approach based on feedback.
- Exhibit excellent operational hygiene by tracking activity and pipeline health in Salesforce and other sales tools to monitor your own inputs and performance.
- Learn Camunda's product and value propositions and the process orchestration space well enough to have credible, useful conversations with prospects in specific verticals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with outbound prospecting or customer-facing communication is preferred. This includes internships, retail, hospitality, or customer support if you know how to build rapport, manage expectations, and handle rejection.
- Comfort with strict time management and prioritization of requests.
- Motivation driven by the "math" of conducting calls and emails.
- Responsibility for monitoring multiple sources of leads.
- Curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn a technical product.
- Resilience and self-awareness to persevere without discouragement and identify effective approaches.
- Coachability; taking feedback seriously and making timely, meaningful changes to approach.
- Cross-functional relationships; curiosity about how things work and identifying individuals for support.
- Ability and/or willingness to use Camunda's product.
- Remote environment conducive to consistent weekly motions.
- Ability to travel 4-6 times per year.
Qualifications
- Genuinely interested in understanding what Camunda does and why it matters to prospects.
- Ability to share successes.
- Ask questions and challenge the status quo when a better solution has been experienced.

- United States: $91,000 to $181,700
- Equity: Offered through Camunda’s Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) where applicable.
