Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers from Non-Tech backgrounds to join us as HR & Operations Associates/Interns. This role offers a clear pathway to a full-time career (Placement Opportunity) based on performance during the training/internship period. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in India while engaging with our global stakeholders in the UK and US.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various non-technical roles.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding processes, orientation programs, and internal employee engagement activities.
• Help manage HR records, offer letters, compliance checks, and operational tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-border teams across India, the UK, and the US for operational smooth functioning.
• Support administrative functions and contribute creative ideas to streamline daily HR workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com, B.Sc, etc.) — Freshers Only.
• Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
• Positive attitude with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Availability: Available for a full-time internship with the intention to transition into a permanent placement role upon successful completion.
