Artificial Intelligence Intern

About the Role

The Artificial Intelligence Intern will contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of AI and machine learning solutions under the guidance of experienced mentors. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Researching AI techniques.
• Assisting in building and testing AI and machine learning models.
• Writing clean and efficient code.
• Analyzing datasets.
• Documenting experiments and results.
• Collaborating with technical teams on projects.
• Participating in code reviews.
• Supporting the integration of AI components into existing systems or prototypes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Git for version control.
• TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn (familiarity).
• Cloud platforms (exposure).
• APIs (exposure).
• Basic software deployment practices (exposure).

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and evaluating model performance.
• Knowledge of Data Science concepts such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, and basic statistical methods.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning techniques, model training, and evaluation.
• Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in a remote environment, and communicate technical ideas clearly in written and spoken form.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
