Spinacho is building a performance culture brand around thoughtfully selected food, connecting people who pursue something meaningful through sport, art, music, and creative work. We are looking for a Management Intern who wants to understand how an early-stage startup operates and contribute directly to its day-to-day execution and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily business operations and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with restaurant partners, delivery partners, interns, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and executing business development and growth initiatives.
• Track ongoing projects, targets, and team activities.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest practical solutions.
• Assist the founding team with planning, documentation, and execution of new initiatives.
• Maintain task records and updates using tools such as ClickUp and Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Interested in startups, business operations, and entrepreneurship.
• Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
• Previous internship experience is not mandatory.
